Fried Okinawan doughnuts.

Andagi are fried Okinawan doughnuts.


  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


  1. Cream oil, sugar, and eggs and set aside.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and then add to original mix.
  3. Place a small amount of dough in the palm of your hand and squeeze it out through the thumb and forefinger to form a ball.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil.
