Andagi are fried Okinawan doughnuts.
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Cream oil, sugar, and eggs and set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients and then add to original mix.
- Place a small amount of dough in the palm of your hand and squeeze it out through the thumb and forefinger to form a ball.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
